“Car-hailing service” is the abbreviation of online taxi booking business，is the product of Internet about vehicle business，with the advent of some taxi booking apps，the car-hailing is also gradually rising，such as people familiar with the Uber，Didi Taxi and so on，in order to improve the efficiency and convenience of the urban traffic，while caused great challenges to the traditional taxi industry regulatory framework and the way of supervision. This article aims to conform to the “Internet+”，the trend of the times，carrying on the system and combing with the discussion of the government regulation in China’s car-hailing industry，and makes suggestions on its legislation on further development.
