Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has proposed the construction of the China-Belarus Industrial Park to promote the country’s economic development. Under the guidance and support of both countries’ governments and the participation of enterprises，the construction of the starting area for the China-Belarus Industrial Park has been completed. At present，the problems facing the construction of the industrial park include：the external economic environment is poor；the investment environment in Belarus is yet to be improved；the Belarusian side’s high positioning for the industrial park makes it difficult to attract businesses and investment；the market outlook is uncertain；the two sides do not understand each other enough. In view of these circumstances，it is necessary to emphasize the market principle in the process of construction of the industrial park，draw selectively on the experience of the Suzhou Industrial Park，strengthen communication，further clarify the industry positioning，improve the investment environment of Belarus，innovate the industrial park construction and management mode，enable the industrial park to provide “one-stop” integrated services for settled enterprises and create innovative financing methods for the industrial park. In addition，the Chinese side is expected to provide appropriate support for the Belarusian side，speed up the relevant negotiations between China and the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union，strengthen the training of Chinese enterprises，promote bilateral and multilateral financial cooperation and expand the cultural and people-to-people exchanges between China and Belarus.
