2016年贵州省房地产发展与全国相比,发展不尽如人意。在央行货币政策收缩、房地产融资政策趋紧的影响下,房地产行业的一些问题凸显出来,如住房贷款增长过快、房地产企业融资难、资产负债结构不合理等,给房地产行业今后的发展带来了不稳定因素。针对上述隐忧,结合最近房地产行业涉诉情况,本文对房地产企业,特别是贵州省的房地产企业近期可能涉及的法律问题进行了简单的梳理,警示风险,提醒注意。
<<In 2016,Guizhou real estate development was not satisfactory compared with the whole country’s development condition. The real estate industry has gradually highlighted some problems under the influence of tight real estate financing policy,for instance,housing loans grew too fast,real estate enterprise financing was difficult,asset liability structure was irrational,which has brought unstable factors to the future development of the real estate industry. In the light of these concerns,combined with the recent real estate industry litigation,this paper made a brief analysis of the legal problems that may be involved in the real estate enterprises,especially the real estate enterprises in Guizhou,to alert the risk for them.
