The real estate industry is an important part of the national economy，which plays an important role in economic growth，expanding domestic demand and benefiting people’s livelihood. Based on the latest input-output table of the 42 sector of Guizhou Province in 2012，this paper calculated the industrial correlation and the total driving effect of the real estate industry in Guizhou province，and compared it with different regions. The result shows that there is a correlation between the real estate industry and 42 industries in Guizhou province，11 of them are closely related；the total driving effect was 1.4271，which was close to the average level of China in 1997 and the United States in 1970-1990，lower than the average level of Japan in 1970-1990，higher than that of Beijing and Zhejiang in the year of 2007. Finally，this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of the development of summer estate，the coordinated development of the real estate industry and the adjustment of the real estate development strategy.
