Since 2016，the paid-in investment of the province’s real estate development enterprises continued negative growth，to promote sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry，the central and local governmental departments issued a series of favorable policies of digesting inventory in the housing transaction tax，housing loans，provident fund application，lower down payment and other aspects，which has effectively promoted the recovery of commercial housing sales market. Land acquisition area and turnover has increased slightly，but commercial real estate and other non-residential real estate sales grew slowly，the pressure of inventory is still large.
