2016年以来,全省房地产开发企业到位资金增速持续负增长,为促进房地产业持续健康发展,中央和地方各级部门在房屋交易税收、购房贷款、公积金申请、降低首付等方面出台了一系列去库存利好政策,有力地促进了商品房销售市场的回暖。土地购置面积、成交金额均有小幅增长,但商业地产、其他等非住宅类商品房销售增长偏慢,去库存压力仍然很大。
<<Since 2016,the paid-in investment of the province’s real estate development enterprises continued negative growth,to promote sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry,the central and local governmental departments issued a series of favorable policies of digesting inventory in the housing transaction tax,housing loans,provident fund application,lower down payment and other aspects,which has effectively promoted the recovery of commercial housing sales market. Land acquisition area and turnover has increased slightly,but commercial real estate and other non-residential real estate sales grew slowly,the pressure of inventory is still large.
