In 2016，Smart City developed rapidly all over the world，and relevant ICT skills and its application also developed fast. Basic network technology and Gigabit broadband technology have got access to application. Big data technology became maturity，and IoT application kept improving with different kinds of integrated，platform type solutions introduced. The application of future computing，AR/VR and other emerging technologies stepped into the primary stage，but most of the emerging technologies still need 5 to 10 years to enter the mainstream application period.
