21世纪以来，河南省高级人民法院根据审判工作需要，每年依托中国司法案例研究中心的专家学者、资深法官、检察官、律师开展年度优秀案例评选活动，评选出年度优秀案例对外发布，取得了良好的司法效果和社会效果。
<<Since the 21st century，according to the needs of trial work and arguments from many experts，Henan High People’s Court selected some of the excellent exemplary cases from the cases that was submitted annually by courts at all levels and released them publicly as Exemplary Guiding Cases，and this had achieved good judicial and social effects.
