2016年，河南法院结合工作实际，采取各种切实可行的具体措施，相继开展了“百日执行风暴”“春雷行动”等系列集中执行活动，在社会上引起了强烈反响，有力地震慑了“老赖”，营造了向“执行难”宣战的高压态势。尤其是在“春雷行动”中，郑州两级法院对“如何破解执行难”进行了有益的探索和实践，汇总了一系列典型案例，从中总结出宝贵的经验启示，对下一步挑战执行难具有重要的指导意义。
<<The year of 2016 is the first year since the Supreme People’s Court proposed to basically solve the problem of Hard-to-Execute. Two levels of Courts in Zhengzhou took all kinds of practicable specific measures and carried out a series of executing actions such as One-Hundred-Day-Execution-Storm and Spring-Thunder-Action which caused strong actions. We select some typical cases and draw valuable experiences and revelations to provide lessons for our next step of basic solving the Hard-to-Execute.
