This article express the importance of People-to-people Bond firstly.Then take the examples of Chinese South-eastern Asia research and South-eastern Asia's China research to prove that there are lots of problems and challenges in both two academic communities.Finally give some suggestions on how to deal with the challenges and explain the importance of People-to-people Bond in academic communities and the Belt and Road Initiative. <<
