The new year，we should act according to the requirements of the Central Economic Work Conference，continue to adhere to the principle of expanding domestic demand and improve the relevance and flexibility of macro-control，focusing on changes in mode of development to enhance economic growth，improve people’s livelihood on the pulling power to form within Health-based growth mechanism，sound and fast development of the situation for long. To this end，should focus on the following four-pronged approach in order to improve people’s livelihood and boost economic development：first，to maintain continuity and stability of macroeconomic policies，two is to increase the consumption placed in a prominent position to expand domestic demand，and the third is to expand the public service as a strategic focus on improving people’s livelihood，the four is to accelerate the reform of the social management system.
