The international financial crisis caused huge economic situation changes in the world. In this paper，author estimated the changes in the current international economic situation and the reasons，and then predict the recovery time for the world economy and prospects，on this basis discusses the meaning out of economic stimulus policies and principles，combined with the development of new trends in the international financial study the impact of world’s financial crisis to China，finally，put forward the prospect of China’s macro-economic development.
