Guangzhou has a very good foundation and advantage to construct the international aviation hub，and currently has a rare development opportunity. Based on the reference of construction experience of the world’s typical aviation hub，this article puts forward the goals，countermeasures and suggestions of the construction of the Guangzhou international aviation hub，which emphasize to explore the model of “institutional innovation，integration of resources，rapid advance and grabbing chances”.
