Zhongyuan，with Henan Province as the core of this area，is the origin of traditional rituals and music，and it is also the most important in heritance place of modern rituals and music. On the basis of the relevant data and relics of rituals and music culture，this article did an investigation and analysis on the rituals and music succession presently prevailing among authority and folk. That we did such investigation is to find the possibility and feasibility of under what development ecology Zhongyuan rituals and music being successfully passed on，how about the current situation and existing problems，and whether the traditional rituals and music being able to integrate with the present spiritual civilization and the modern industrial development.
