Building cultural industrial parks has become an important carrier for Henan Province in developing its cultural industry，which has swiftly pushed forward the development of our cultural industry. But most of the parks are still in construction so that many problems and difficulties cannot be avoided. Our parks lack of mature types or innovative types of science and technology. Through analyzing the current situation and problems met by Henan in building its cultural industrial parks，this article specially promotes some suggestions and advises.
