2016年北京市就业领域社会建设的现状包括:2016届北京高校毕业生就业人数最多的三个行业是信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业,教育行业和金融业;生活服务业人才需求强劲,高技能人才获政策鼓励;北京市总工会、人社局、商务委等多家机构出台政策,提升就业质量,推动行业监管;依法维护职工权益持续推进。在就业领域出现的问题包括:人才流失风险持续存在,新兴行业监管有待完善以及就业公平有待加强,需进一步加强对就业工作的认识,通过立法、政策集成、多方协商等方式完善就业领域社会建设。
<<Social construction in the field of employment in Beijing,2016 can be summarized as follows:the first 3 industry that hire most college graduates are information technology,education and finance;service industry regarding daily life is in large need of employees and the government encourages the development of blue-collar workers with high skills;Government departments make multiple policies to improve the quality of employment and enhance the supervision of industries;Protection of employees’ legal rights is also in progress. In the meantime,there are several problems that should be noticed,the risk of talent loss,the room of improvement in supervision of new industries and in enhancing equal employment. Possible solutions include getting a better knowledge of employment,improving social construction in the field of employment by legislation,comprehensive policies and negotiation.
