伴随北京市人口结构老龄化的严峻挑战,老年人群接受继续教育、提升自我素质的主观需求也越来越强烈。经过30多年的发展,北京市老年教育初步形成了教育、民政、老龄等多部门共同推进的发展格局。与此同时,还存在认知存在偏差、管理碎片化,教育内容单调、实施主体单一,教育资源供小于求、分布不均衡等问题。需要强调的是,社区作为老年人进行再社会化的重要生命场域,社区老年教育也是老年人提升自我生命质量的主要路径。
<<Along with the grave challenge posed by the aging of population structure in Beijing,the aged population is increasingly desirous of further education and elevating their personal quality. Over thirty years of development has delivered to the education for the aged in Beijing a pattern of progress jointly propelled by quite some departments including those of education,civil administration,aging,etc. Meanwhile,there still exist,among others,cognitive deviations,fragmentation of management,monotony of content,singularity of deliverer,and shortage and uneven distribution of educational resources. It should be noted that the community is an important field of life for the re-socialization of the aged;that community education for the aged is a crucial path for them to enhance the quality of life.
