基于国家卫计委2014年的全国流动人口动态监测数据，本文描述了北京市流动人口的购房状况，分析了影响流动人口在京买房的诸多因素。研究结果表明，14。6%的流动人口已经在北京购买了住房，对北京住房市场的影响不可小觑；流动人口内部收入差距明显，受教育程度分化明显；流动人口的性别、年龄、婚姻状况、收入水平、受教育程度、流动年限、职业状况都对其购房行为有显著影响。
<<Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2014，this paper describes the status of housing purchasing of the floating population in Beijing，and analyzes the factors that affect the floating population to buy a house in Beijing. The results showed that 14.6% of the floating population has bought a housing unit in Beijing. Their impact on the Beijing housing market should not be underestimated. Income gap within the floating population is big.education degree differentiation is large within floating population；gender，age，marital status，income level，education level，occupation status has a significant impact on the purchase of housing.
