Therefore，in order to effectively deal with the infringement of citizens’ personal information crimes，we should enhance the awareness of citizens and the website，strengthen the supervision and management of high-risk industry，strengthening the detachments of crime，and improve the system of laws related to the protection of citizens’ personal information.
