At present，the framework of an alternative dispute resolution mechanism has been established. However，there are still room for improvement in such aspects as the linkup between dispute litigation and mediation，as well as the application of a specific dispute solution. Courts of the Beijing Municipal，in pushing for establishing an alternative dispute resolution mechanism，has done substantial work in terms of perfecting the platform for docking dispute litigation and mediation，exploring or improving multiple non-litigation dispute-solving ways，amending relevant policies and regulations，strengthening the guaranteeing of diverse dispute settlement work.
