In recent years，the cases of telecommunication network fraud have occurred more frequently and the amount of money involved has reached a new height. Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Huairou Branch has attached great importance to these cases and has achieved some success in crime prevention. They have also sought some effective ways to fight the crime. The author is to analyze the fundamental situation and main characteristics of telecommunication network fraud，summarize the effective measures and experience in practice，explore the existing problems and provide suggestion for preventing and fighting the crime.
