With the innovation of social governance，the view and methods of social work are adopted by the social relief. In the homeless relief，by using the outreach social work，the social worker constructs good interpersonal relationship with the homeless and designs specialized case management to help each person. At the same time，the social worker lets the public know the advantages of the homeless and helps the migrant workers in trouble to find a job and helps the female homeless with the perspective of gender. Therefore，it is vital for the social relief to adopt the idea and methods of the social work in constructing a new kind of social relief.
