Community Youth Exchange is the mission of the Beijing Municipal Youth League to explore community-based youth to provide professional services platform for social work. Based on the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview，this research analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of the team of young social workers in Beijing. On the basis of this research，the paper puts forward to promote the thinking of the construction of the team of young social workers.
