The essay investigates and studies the 100 old people from the 10 nursing institutions and community service centers for the aged in Guangzhou，understands the opinions of the old people that under the two different care modes on the current care service modes for the elderly，discusses the existing problems and shortcomings of the current the-old care mechanisms and service systems，and put forward reasonable suggestions to further complete the service for the aged and improve their living quality.
