Guangzhou’s social governance innovation is facing pressures and challenges due to industrial restructuring and the acceleration of new urbanization. In recent years，Guangzhou has gradually formed its own management ideas and ways that adapt to its current reality. It has made important breakthroughs in the orientation of sharing and co-construction，the main body，and the path. Under the new situation，Guangzhou should accelerate the construction of social governance system，strengthen the top-level design，improve the mechanism of interest expression，coordination and protection，promote service management focusing on the grass-root level，make full use of advanced technology to increase governance efficiency，integrate governance resources，stimulate social development vitality.
