The quick urbanization of Chinese cities led to the higher population density，women’s more leisure opportunities，more young people moving to major urban centers，and urban aging，which had a strong impact on leisure. The government should make more policies concerning leisure，and the leisure service organizations had a wide variety of roles. Chinese government was suggested to continue to establish policy for leisure in urban areas.
