In 2016，the global network and information security situation is still grim. The United States，Japan，Britain，Singapore，Korea and other network powers have taken action，adjust the information security strategies and policies，enhance the government network security offensive and defensive capabilities，and strive to occupy the dominant position in the global network governance. It is of great significance to grasp the situation of foreign government network security and analyze the trend of global network governance.
