At present，China’s total installed capacity of photovoltaic，wind power industry reached the world’s first. Such rapid development could not be achieved without the support of China’s policy. In 2006，China implemented the “Renewable Energy Law”，highlighting the importance of the renewable energy in China’s future sustainable development strategy. A series of supporting policies have been put forward to perfect the legislation. Based on the main policy progress of new energy industry，this paper analyzes the highlights of China’s new energy industry policy，and puts forward the adjustment of industrial policy in the next step.
