In China，the NEV （New Energy Vehicles） has been expanded are increasingly since the government promoted in 2009. The industry policies introduced intensively and improved constantly in recent years. Preliminary policy system has been formed gradually，which covered research，production，sales and recycling. The emphases and highlights of the NEV industry policies are the fiscal support，construction of charging infrastructures，government agencies and public services procurement，support for technology RD（Research & Development）. In the future governments still need to better defined their position，exert the government effect，improve the management mechanism，strengthen the Top-level design，and improve the environment of the enterprises’ RD and the cosumption，to ensure the NEV industry’s sustainable and healthy development.
