The current policy system for new materials industry is more perfect，and focused. And the safeguard policy such as fiscal policy and land policy is more powerful. However，the new material industrial policy of our country lacks the corresponding statistical policy and regulatory policies，and further perfection needs to be done to prevent excessive incentive.
