智能制造正成为新一轮产业竞争的制高点,以德国工业4。0、美国工业互联网为代表,各国都在积极谋划如何借助已具备的先进制造技术、信息通信技术和强大制造产业优势,打造信息化背景下国家制造业竞争的新引擎。剥开“工业4。0”“工业互联网”等概念的外壳,各国抢占新一轮产业技术变革制高点的内核是一致的,都强调人与人、人与机器、机器与机器、服务与服务间的互联,强化横向、纵向和端到端的高度集成,突出以数据为核心的变革理念,部署实施技术研发、标准制定、产业应用、人才培养等举措,提高制造业数字化、网络化、智能化水平。本文通过跟踪2016年全球智能制造发展新动态、新成果,展现并分析智能制造的核心要素、发展现状、问题和趋势。
<<The intelligent manufacturing is becoming a commanding height in the new round of industry competition. Led by German Industry 4.0 (Germany),the Industrial Internet (USA),a number of countries have been actively plotting how to utilize advanced manufacturing technologies,information and communication technologies and the powerful advantage of manufacturing industry,so as to build the new engine of manufacturing industry competition in an era of informationization. Looking into Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet,the kernel of taking up the commanding height in a new round of industry technological changes is consistent,which emphasizes the interconnections between human and human,human and machine,machine and machine,service and service,reinforces the lateral,longitudinal and end-to-end highly integration,based on the data as the core concept of revolution,and deploys enhancement of technology research and development,the standards,the industrial application,the talents cultivation,in order to improve the level of digitalization,networking and intelligent manufacturing. This paper displays and analyzes the core elements,development situation,problems and trends of intelligent manufacturing,by tracking global development of intelligent manufacturing,such as new trends and new results.
