In this research，based on quantitative measurement about the carbon footprint of the seashore tourism industry and relevant departments，we analyze systematically the status of the seashore tourism industry’s carbon emissions and its development trends in future，as well as the major potential field of emission reduction. In the meantime，from six aspects of the development capability，the low-carbon consumption，the low-carbon output，the low-carbon environment，the low-carbon facilities and the low-carbon policy about the tourism industry，the article builds the evaluated index system of seashore tourism industrial low carbonization，and adops comprehensive index method to ascertain the index of seashore tourism industrial low-carbon oriented development level. Combining with the present status of low-carbon seashore tourism industry，the article also analyzes comprehensively and evaluates systematically low-carbon oriented development level of seashore tourism industry，and its characteristics and trends. Finally the paper comes up with some operable suggestions that accord with the practical situation of seashore tourism development in our country，and it is beneficial to provide quantitative basis for making the low-carbon standard about the seashore tourism industry.
