“Internet + health care” industry develops rapidly with various participants and business model. It has preliminarily established the image of the industry. The introduction of “Chinese Medicine Law” opened a new journey of “Internet + Chinese medicine”，therefore，this report explores from the regional advantages of specialist elements. This paper analyzes the possibility of establishing a famous medical clinic from the perspective of policy dividend，and establishes a “Internet + famous doctor clinic” based on the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Lingnan，and explores a new type of medical service model.
