In recent years，Henan industrial economy develops rapidly，some areas have important position in the country，Henan has become a veritable manufacturing province，and has the strategic foundation in developing strong advanced manufacturing industry province. Compared with the requirements of advanced manufacturing industry province，there are still some bottleneck constraints in Henan. To speed up the development，it needs to focus on the main content of China Manufacturing 2025 Henan Platform of Action，and further clarify the strategic task.
