本报告在介绍中药资源动态监测系统的基础上，描述移动互联网技术在中药行业及在中药资源动态监测系统中的应用现状，门户网站、手机App和微信公众平台是移动互联网技术在中药资源动态监测中应用最多的三个方面，实时信息技术、基于GIS的位置识别技术和无线访问技术是移动互联网技术在中药资源动态监测中应用的关键技术。文末结合移动互联网技术在中药材动态监测系统中的应用，对“互联网+”背景下中药资源动态监测系统的发展进行展望。
<<This paper firstly introduces the dynamic monitoring system of traditional Chinese medicine resources. On this basis，this paper describes the application of mobile Internet technology in the dynamic monitoring system of traditional Chinese medicine industry and traditional Chinese medicine resources. The portal，mobile App and micro blogging public platform are the three most widely used mobile Internet technologies. Real-time information technology，location recognition technology based on GIS and wireless access technology are the key technologies of mobile Internet technology in the dynamic monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine resources. Finally，this paper puts forward the development prospect of dynamic monitoring system of traditional Chinese medicine resources under the background of “Internet +”.
