It is an important measure to change government function，innovate social governance and improve government public service provision in the new period by implementing government’s purchase to society. Based on the actual government purchase of W district，this paper summarizes and reconsiders the main practices of government procurement services in W District through systematic research and analysis，and evaluates its implementation effect in time，with a view to providing decision-making reference for the next step to actively and steadily promote the work.
