The paper takes urban community service for home care of the aged in Sichuan province as the research object，and choose the J district of the main urban area of Chengdu city as the sample area. With the research methods like the literature method，questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews and focus group interview，the paper clarify the main experience and practice of community home-based care services for the aged in J district，find out the existing problems，and put forward countermeasures for it，so as to promote the establishment of the system of social services for the elderly in Sichuan province more effectively.
