The construction of national pilot project of national health medical large data center and industrial park were gradually landing. How to protect the health of large medical data security，data security life cycle under the protection of the use of health data to provide data services is the health of medical data construction of the top priority. This section analyzes the risk of health care large data. This paper analyzes and prospects the safety work and safety framework from six aspects of health care large data which are privacy protection，basic security framework，safety service capability，safety management system，safety assessment review and safety standard system construction under the whole life cycle of health medical data.
