As a national-level urban agglomeration，the Zhongyuan urban agglomeration has a good foundation for its integrated development of public services in terms of the total amount of economic development，the construction of public infrastructures，the income level of the residents and the level of public services in recent years，but at the same time there are many restricting factors. In the future，it is necessary to focus on co-building and sharing of education，employment and social security，health care and public cultural services. The healthy and sustainable development of the Zhongyuan urban agglomeration should be realized by strengthening the coordination and cooperation among the governments，eliminating the institutional barriers of public service integration，innovating the diversified public service supply mode and perfecting the expression mechanism of the public service supply and demand.
