In this paper，a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were used to investigate the influence of the mobile phone media on the social integration of the disabled youth in Beijing，Xicheng District. The study found that young people with disabilities can cover their own physiological deficiency through mobile phone media with strangers，breakthrough of their own psychological barriers，expand their social relations，so as to extend their social capital，get more social support. Specifically，mobile phone media on urban youth with disabilities has obvious role in promoting political participation，economic activities，social interaction and other aspects；the effect is not obvious in the promotion of urban disabled youth employment，health and education. In order to achieve better results，governments，communities，enterprises and urban youth with disabilities need to work together.
