In 2016，“Internet plus government services” was first written into the government report，and the government network communication has pushed forward channel layout and government service. This paper summarizes and analyzes the government network communication on four aspects such as infrastructure，service level，matrix construction and big data communication etc. It is necessary to establish a set of scientific and seasonable evaluation system of government network communication.
