2016年以来,在“互联网+”行动计划的推动下,新媒体加速影响中国发展进程。我国不断加快互联网治理步伐,积极从网络大国迈向网络强国。短视频、网络直播等新信息产品生产样态革新媒体传播生态,网红经济与共享经济推动新媒体产业发展,人工智能技术引领传播技术创新,媒体“智能化”发展,媒体融合步入提速升级阶段,内容创业步入快车道,网络助力精准脱贫攻坚,新媒体在中国对外传播与国家形象塑造中的重要性进一步凸显。随着新媒体发展进入新阶段,一些问题不容忽视:全球面临网络空间安全威胁,互联网金融风险集中爆发,新媒体传播伦理问题亟待规范,互联网企业的社会责任亟待提升。
<<Since 2016,driven by the “Internet Plus” initiative,informatization continues to benefit the society and people and new media are deeply influencing China’s developing process. China is accelerating the pace of Internet governance,growing from a big Internet nation into a strong Internet power. New information products like short videos and Internet live shows are reforming media communication ecology. Internet celebrity economy and sharing economy are promoting the development of new media industry. With AI playing a leading role,advanced technology helps innovate communicative technologies. Under this environment,media is developing with intelligence and media convergence is getting further accelerated. Content entrepreneurship enters the fast lane of development. Network poverty alleviation plays a key role in national poverty alleviation. New media is in the crucial position of Chinese international communication and national image building. As new media development is getting into a new phase,some problems cannot be ignored:threats of global Internet space safety,outbreaks of Internet financial risks. Besides,the ethical problems of new media communication have to be discussed and the social responsibilities of Internet companies are to be enhanced urgently.
