首都文化消费在适应“京津冀协同发展”的新要求、抓住“互联网+文化消费”的新机遇、促进文化产业与公共文化服务融合发展,以及文化消费空间加速集聚方面,呈现较快发展态势。2016年,首都文化消费体系加快建设,创新发展文化消费,文化消费增速、文化消费结构、文化消费空间、文化消费方式和文化消费产品、文化消费活动等均取得积极进展,但是也存在文化消费占比偏低、供需矛盾持续存在、文化产品价格偏高、扶持政策有待完善等一系列问题,亟待从优化文化消费环境、提升文化消费质量、培育文化消费品牌和推动文化消费立法等方面发力。
<<Cultural consumption is adapting to new requirements of the coordinated development of “beijing-tianjin-hebei”,new opportunities of internet plus cultural consumption,new integrative features between cultural industry and the public cultural service,and new trend of the spatial agglomeration. During the 13th planning period,cultural consumption system has been constructed,innovative activities appear on cultural consumption growth,cultural consumption structure,cultural consumption space,and cultural consumption products. However,there also have a series of problems,for example,the lower cultural consumption ratio,the contradiction between supply and demand,the higher price of cultural products,the lack of policy support. We will continue to optimize the environment of cultural consumption,improve the quality of cultural consumption,cultivate consumer brand and promote cultural consumer legislation in the future.
