At the same time，some challenges also appeared in the cultural and financial fields of Beijing，such as the professionalism of the operation of cultural finance investment，the urgent need to expand cultural PPP model，the cultural capital market situation is not optimistic. Therefore，it is necessary to take measures to promote the specialization of cultural capital investment fund operation，promote the development of the PPP model of cultural and creative industries，and enhance the professional management level of cultural enterprises to solve these problems.
