In 2016，the construction of the culture in Beijing has made some breakthroughs in several aspects：the conservation of historic city has been continually improved；the public cultural service system has been constructed better，and the cooperation between government and companies has been strengthened；the superiority of cultural industry has been highlighted，and the availability of financial capital is good；the cultural consumption has a big growth；cultural communication and cultural trade have been continually expanded，which improves the international influence apparently. This paper concludes the new development of cultural improvement of Beijing in 2016，and puts forward the question and related suggestion.
