在多元化经营冲动和中国平安的良好示范效应下,中国经济特区保险业战略性进军银行业的案例本应层出不穷,然而,迄今为止,除中国平安以外,中国经济特区保险业对银行业的涉足大多仅限于财务型投资,追逐的仅仅是银行股的二级市场差价,鲜见有战略性并购银行的追随者。本文采用中国平安战略性进军银行业的经验数据,实证分析中国平安并购银行的协同效应,得出了中国平安战略性并购银行协同效应显著、成功避免了安联覆辙、未来中国经济特区保险业战略性并购银行的愿望可能比中国平安更强烈、风险可能更小的结论,以期增强中国经济特区保险业战略性进军银行业的信心,加快中国经济特区保险业战略性进军银行业的步伐。
<<Driven by the impulse for diversified operation and the good demonstration effect of Ping An Insurance,the insurance industry in the special economic zones of China should be expected to make innumerable cases on strategic entrance into the banking. However,so far,except Ping An,the insurance industry in the special economic zones of China gets involved in the banking only concerning financial investment with the aim of pursuing the price difference on the banking shares from the secondary market,while strategic acquisition of bank is rarely seen. This paper,using the empirical data based on which Ping An strategically entered into the banking,tries to make a positive analysis on the synergy of the acquisition of a bank by Ping An,and comes to the conclusions that the banking-insurance synergy of the acquisition of a bank by Ping An is significant and it successfully avoids following the track of overthrown Allianz,and in the future,the insurance industry in the special economic zones of China has stronger intentions and less rick to make strategic acquisition of bank than that of Ping An Insurance at that time. It can be expected that the confidence for the insurance industry in the special economic zones of China entering into the banking will be enhanced and the steps into the banking will be quickened.
