The article analyzes the reason for Trump’s winning of the presidential election from the perspective of voters and constituency. As for his new trade policy，Trump decides to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership（TPP），having brought a great shock to Japan. As an alternative policy of TPP，Japan will continue to participate in the negotiation Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership（RCEP）and an economic partnership agreement（EPA）between Japan and the EU，meanwhile，Japan will actively promote the resurrection of TPP.
