<<On February 4,2016,the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement(TPP)was formally signed after a complicated negotiation process, only waiting for the approval of the parliaments of the member states. However, the U.S. new president Donald Trump’s announcement of withdrawing from TPP has made the future of the agreement uncertain, which has brought a serious shock to Japan that has great expectations for TPP. From the economic perspective,Japan hopes to participate in the process and take a leading role in the building of the new world trade mechanism, strengthen economic ties with the United States and revitalize its own economy. But with the stalling of TPP,all the hope has evaporated, and Japan has to readjust its related economic policies.
