During 2011,the Ministry of Culture and the Central Civilization Office launched the "Spring Rain Project"——the work of national cultural volunteers for travelling to border areas. Over 800 cultural volunteers have been recruited, with three forms of "big stage","big forum","big exhibition stand", to go to the border areas to carry out cultural volunteers' activities, organize art shows and more than 100 lectures, professional training for over 500 hours, cultural exhibitions for over 180 days. At the same time, over 300 minority grass-roots cultural backbones have been invited to inland for training and performances. <<
