The birth of autistic children will have a big impact on the structure and function of the whole family as well as the interaction of family members，which brings about the enormous parenting pressure. Positive family beliefs contribute to the promotion of parent’s participation，and the parental involvement provides effective support for the rehabilitation and development of children with autism. Parental participation behaviors vary as a result of different family beliefs，and they have an interaction effects. The active parental participation gives an opportunity for family to re-examine their own belief system and adjust positively according to the their fact and situation. Family beliefs and parental involvement will affect the whole family ecosystem，which provides a new two-way integrated view for professional social work intervention. By changing the thinking of treatment for the child seen as an individual patient only during the process of autism rehabilitation，this idea will define the whole family as the service object and provide a health and safety growth environment for autistic children by building a positive family beliefs，supporting the family，promoting the effective participation of parents of children with autism rehabilitation.
