Based on the practice of social work in the field of juvenile justice in B city，this paper explores the logic of interaction between social work and juvenile justice field，the structural and relationship changes caused by the interaction between social work and juvenile justice，with the embeddedness theory as a research angle. After seven years of practice and exploration，from the structural point of view，social work and juvenile justice field reached a preliminary fit. From a relationship point of view，social work and juvenile justice formed a close working relationship. Social work has realized the “embedded development” in the field of juvenile justice，which has produced many positive effects on the professional development of social work and the humane construction of juvenile justice.
